Our Co-Investment team makes minority investments in buyout deals across Europe, the US and Asia alongside leading private equity sponsors. This gives our investors access to a carefully selected portfolio that is well diversified across regions, industries, company sizes and financial sponsors. Our unique strength in sourcing deals derives from the access to leading sponsors we gain through Ardian’s world-leading secondaries and primaries platform.

We capitalize on Ardian’s global networks

Our unique positioning combines the strengths of Ardian’s Secondaries & Primaries and Direct Funds platforms. Through the Secondaries & Primaries team, we gain privileged access to several hundred leading private equity firms. We also draw on the expertise of Ardian’s direct investment teams and many industrial contacts, which supports our due diligence and delivers value to our portfolio companies post-acquisition.

We combine attractive returns and low risk

We are highly selective, targeting sector-leading companies with strong management teams, and prioritizing fair valuations and safe financial structures. This allows us to generate attractive returns from a well-diversified portfolio of lower-mid to large-cap companies, well-balanced between Europe and the US with exposure to a wide range of sectors.

A 15-year track record of successful partnerships

Over the course of investing five funds we have built strong relationships with sponsors around the world. We are known as a reliable and active co-investment partner, able to conduct due diligence quickly and use our network of experts to make significant contributions to developing the companies we invest in.

Ardian Co-Investment has a team split between Paris, London and New York to address the European and North American markets. Asian opportunities are assessed with the support of Ardian’s teams across the region.
