Nadine joined Ardian in 2019 as an Investment Manager in the Buyout Team in Milan. Prior to joining Ardian, Nadine worked at Permira Debt Managers in London for a year within the Direct Lending team undertaking analysis on potential new investments across sectors in the European market and, previously was a Senior Associate in the BNP Paribas Leveraged Finance team where she worked for four and a half years covering both loan and high yield debt products across sectors in the Italian market. Before that, she completed various internships in Morgan Stanley, Société Générale and Mazars.
