Guillaume joined Ardian in 2022 as Head of Public Affairs and Managing Director where leads Ardian’s efforts in creating and maintaining contacts with key stakeholders and establishing Ardian’s government relations. He also follows public policies and the interactions with sectoral associations and official institutions. He has previously worked as Strategic Advisor to the One Planet Sovereign Wealth Funds initiative, a global coalition comprising sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, and private investment firms with over $37 trillion in assets under management and ownership and committed to accelerate the implementation of the Paris Agreement. Guillaume has also served as Diplomatic Advisor to a Minister of Labour, Senior Adviser at BusinessEurope - the Confederation of European Business - in Brussels, Political Assistant at the CFDT, Online Country Intelligence Project Manager, and Trade Attaché - in the United States. He has co-authored a business leadership book ‘Creative Attitude’ (Dunod) focusing on creativity and management.
