Energia & Servizi is a Holding Company controlling a portfolio of: 6 brownfield wind plants (84MW) with long track-record located in Campania, Southern Italy; 2 greenfield projects authorized (41MW); an additional pipeline of more than 90mw of wind projects, but also solar plants and storage.

Founded in 1987, Groupe RG is the specialist leader distributor of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in France with around 650 employees. Through its 39 agencies in France and Europe, RG addresses the five PPE segments to serve and advise its 7,000 active customers: head protection, hand protection, body protection, foot protection and health and safety. Groupe RG operates in Europe under its various brands: RG France, Veltis, in France ; A+A Monferrato, Nuova, Rosso Sicuro in Italy; Knoll in Germany; Lisap in Belgium; RG Iberica, Waterfire, Joysa in Spain, RG Switzerland in Switzerland; Miditech in Slovakia and RG Tunisia, OS Safety in Tunisia.

Project Tower is the second investment by Ardian Real Estate Europe Fund II in Spain. Built in 1993, the c.13,200sqm office building is located in Mendez Alvaro, a thriving and consolidated mixed office, residential and commercial area near Atocha train station and the M-30 inner ring road. The asset will be fully vacated by December 31st, 2022.

The building has fifteen floors (ground floor and fourteen upper floors) and has c.225 underground parking spaces across four underground floors.

Ardian Real Estate intends to carry out a full refurbishment of the building to transform it into a net zero carbon building.

Digital Value's mission is to assist its clients with strategic or operational issues, based on cutting-edge expertise in data analytics & science, strong credibility in strategic marketing, and a "tool-based" approach to the business, thanks to the development of technological building blocks. Today, the company has about thirty consultants, as well as a team of developers dedicated to the construction of data collection, processing and analysis tools. Since its creation, the company has carried out about a hundred projects per year, with about thirty clients in Europe, Asia, and North America.
