Founded in 1992, Power Home Remodeling is an asset-light, direct-to-consumer provider of replacement windows, roofing and siding. Headquartered in Pennsylvania, Power Home Remodeling serves customers across the United States.

SERMA Group is an historical and independent French expert in electronics, energy, cybersecurity and telecoms. The different entities of the group intervene by accompanying their customers throughout their life cycle, in the control of their products, their reliability, safety and performance. The Group relies on its electronics expertise laboratories, its materials laboratory, its various test platforms (components, boards, equipment, power electronics, electric motors, batteries, safety), its design offices, and its experts, and acts as a single point of contact for the electronic issues and problems of its customers. It has 20 sites in France, Germany, Belgium, Spain and Tunisia, close to its multi-sector customers.

ICQ Holding is a well-established player in the renewable energy sector in Italy. It consists of a portfolio of assets located in southern Italy with 198MW of capacity, including 109MW in operation and 89MW wind development pipeline. The brownfield installed capacity consists of 6 wind farms located in Puglia and Campania (102MW), 2 hydroelectric projects (6MW) and 5 biogas assets (1MW).

53,000sqm Pointe des Arts de l'Île Seguin project, located on the Seine in Boulogne-Billancourt, in close vicinity to Paris is one of Ardian’s largest property investments to date.
The project is being co-developed with Emerige, a developer committed to urban transformation, and AOG, a private investment company. The large-scale development will create a fully integrated, mixed-use environment in the heart of the Vallée de la Culture and the ZAC Ile Seguin Rives de Seine developed by SPI Val de Seine Aménagement – a tertiary, leisure, tourist, and cultural zone, located close to the headquarters of major companies as well as to several public transports.
Seguin is a mixed project designed as an ecosystem generating synergies with its environment consisting of 3 buildings:

A 22,000sqm mixed-use building with a cultural focus designed by Catalan firm RCR Arquitectes (Pritzker Prize 2017) and French agency CALQ Architecture

A 4-star hotel designed by the Austrian agency Baumschlager Eberle Architekten with about 230 rooms offering premium amenities in a prime environment for business and leisure customers

An office building also designed by RCR and CALQ offering 16,000sqm of prime office space
