Amor joined Ardian in 2022 as a Director Asset Management within the Infrastructure team where he is responsible for leading ESG and operational initiatives across the portfolio. Prior to Ardian, Amor worked for four years at Arup, a global technical consultancy and engineering firm, where he supported global infrastructure M&A activity leading a team providing technical and ESG due diligence specialising in the energy and utility sectors, including hydrogen and its derivatives. Prior to this, he held technical consulting and process engineering roles at Mott MacDonald from 2012 to 2018. A process engineer by background, Amor has extensive technical and operational expertise within the infrastructure sector having advised on over 30 transactions globally, and has provided technical advisory services to equity investors and lenders in support of greenfield project financing, H&S management reviews, and concept and front-end engineering studies.
