Juan Angoitia is Senior Managing Director. In addition to investing activities, Juan is part of the Asset Management Team.
Juan was/is a board member of portfolio companies such as Autopista Vespucio Norte, Tunel San Cristobal, ASR, ASTM, CLH and Tunels Barcelina.
Juan joined Ardian in 2013. Previously, he worked five years at Citi Infrastructure Investors (CII) as Investment Principal based in London. Prior to CII, Juan Angoitia spent 10 years at Grupo Ferrovial, S.A. He began his career at Cintra as part of its toll roads management team and then moved to Ferrovial Aeropuertos involved in the acquisition and management of Sydney International Airport in Australia, Bristol International Airport in the UK, ASUR in Mexico and Cerro Moreno in Chile, before moving to Sydney to manage the company’s investment in Sydney International Airport. In 2006, Mr. Angoitia was a member of the team that acquired BAA, and moved to London where he was involved in the transition, regulatory stream and refinancing of the investment.
