Our aim in publishing an Integrated Report is to give a more comprehensive and coherent understanding of how Ardian creates value for all its stakeholders: our investors, portfolio companies, business partners, employees and society at large. Our commitment to sustainability is an integral part of our strategy for value creation and is therefore an essential element of the account we present in this publication.

We have entitled this year’s report ‘Strength to adapt’ to highlight Ardian’s resilience during the current moment of rapid economic change and geopolitical tensions, as well as how we are adapting to ensure growth over the next ten years.
