    The activity of Frulact is organized in three business areas: fruit and vegetable preparations for the food industry, "Frusenses", which develops natural flavors for the market, and "Oatvita” that develops tailor-made solutions for the plant-based market.

    For Frulact, R&D is a priority: the company creates tailor-made solutions in order to answer its clients' requests and is focusing on a new, natural and healthier consumers experience following the Clean Label movement, sugar-reduction, and sustainability as key drivers to create value.

    The Ardian Buyout team will enable Frulact to leverage new acquisitions and to find new market opportunities. Ardian will also support the company in consolidating its activity in Europe and in developing its international presence, in North America particularly.
