Alexandra Goltsova, our Head of Corporate Development, has been an integral part of Ardian’s growth over the last decade having been with our investment house since before becoming an independent company in 2013. Despite the company’s growth and transformation over the years, Alexandra says that Ardian’s culture has always relied on being responsive, meeting its customers’ expectations and working with them over the long term. She underlines that client servicing remains at the core of the business, and it’s this human touch that makes any investor with Ardian feel valued. This serves as the key element in creating lasting relationships with clients.
