106 rue du Temple is a c.7,500 sqm office building, formerly a telecommunication building, built in 1927. Located in the dynamic district of “Le Marais”, the building includes unique characteristics, such as an industrial architectural style, outstanding ceiling heights and 360° view on Paris. The team plans to completely reposition the asset by converting it from high-rise to low-rise whilst enhancing its panoramic views of Paris. The project, entrusted to Franklin Azzi Architecture, will transform the historic building into a modern and unique building with services (accessible rooftop terrace, efficient office layouts and services on lower floors).

In July 2021, Ardian Real Estate signed a lease for 100% of the office space with Ledger, a leading global net economy player in the field of cryptocurrency.
