Founded in 1969, Sedgwick is a provider of claims management and property loss adjusting services in the US.

Inula Group was created following the merger of Pranarôm and HerbalGem, two pioneering laboratories specialized in natural therapies, founded in 1985 and 1986 respectively. Inula is a key player in the herbal remedies market, specializing in fast growing sub-sectors such as aromatherapy, gemmotherapy and Bach flowers, through three brands: Pranarôm, HerbalGem and Biofloral. Thanks to its strong scientific approach and the quality of its products, the Group has experienced significant growth over the past years and is now present in more than 25 countries, with leading positions in France, Belgium, Spain, Italy and the USA.

The property is located in the heart of the Parioli district, one of the most elegant and wealthiest areas of Rome. It was built in the ‘30s for residential use and then it was reconverted into office use in a later stage.
The building consists of six floors above ground and a semibasement floor, for a total gross surface of ca. 2,500sqm. It also includes 2 covered parking spots and 10 uncovered ones in the external courtyard of the building.
The building is currently 100% leased to a single tenant and it will be subject to a complete refurbishment after the tenant vacation, expected by end of 2019.

The office ensemble Carl is located in Lützowstraße 105-106, c. 900m south of Potsdamer Platz, one of Berlins most sought after office locations. The property was built in 1974 and partly modernized in 2000, comprises a total lettable area of c. 29,500sqm, of which c. 6,000sqm are data room space, utilizing the unique glass fiber connectivity of the asset. The asset consists of a staggered flat-roof building with one section comprising up to 6 upper floors and the other section comprising up to 11 upper floors, providing a panoramic view over Berlin. The courtyard with its green areas and seating possibilities complements the aluminum façade and provides a campus-like ambience. The transportation links of the office property are very good, with the underground stations "Gleisdreieck" (5 min. walk) and "Kurfürstenstraße" (8 min. walk) being close by, featuring direct connections to Berlin´s city center, the Kurfürstendamm (5 min. by train), as well as the airport Berlin Tegel (18 min. by car).

Neopharmed Gentili represents the spin-off of the primary care business of Mediolanum Farmaceutici Group and is a leading pharmaceutical company in the Italian market focused on branded prescription drugs in cardiovascular, neurology and allergo-respiratory therapeutic areas, with a portfolio of off-patent and mostly proprietary products. Its flexible and asset-light business model makes Neopharmed Gentili an attractive commercial platform with a proprietary, reliable, and specialized sales force of over 400 pharma representatives.

The property, built in the 1910s, is composed of three different blocks, one on the corner of two streets (Via Melzi D’Eril and Via Londonio), the other in the internal courtyard and a smaller one mainly used to enter the garage.
The building is currently 30% leased (two tenants) and it will be subject to a complete refurbishment in order to deliver prime Grade A office spaces.
