The building’s last refurbishment occurred in 2007 and concerned the inner cores, elevator shafts, working spaces and lobby. The building’s current overall state is satisfactory and the interior is well maintained, albeit lacking space efficiency
Access: metro line 1 is nearly in front of the building (2 min walk) and c.6 min walk from lines 2 and 6.
