    Mastering LBO paper is a must-have to prepare to direct activities recruitment processes (Co-Investment, Buyout, Expansion and Growth).
    Goal of this exercise is to calculate the MOI and IRR of a fictive LBO transaction. LBO papers are simplified compared to traditional LBO model tests, they primarily rely on knowledge of basic LBO principles and mental math skills, rather than Excel proficiency. It is a common exercise in Private Equity recruitment processes, make sure you master it!
